How to order medicinal cannabis products from IntroCann in association with Osiris HealthCare (Proprietary) Limited, our licensed pharmaceutical importer, wholesaler and distributor, trading as Greenways Dispensary. 

IntroCann has simplified the process of ordering medicinal cannabis. When a patient presents you with a section 21 approval and prescription for one of our products, all you need to do is head to our IntroCann Ordering Portal. (There you will find information about our products, as well as all the tools for managing orders, including detailed product information, dosage, current stock, pricing and ordering information.)

On the platform, complete the order details, supply the necessary SAHPRA Section 21 approval documentation, and we’ll do the rest. We also use XProcure and Orderwise. 

Osiris  dispatches orders received before midday on the same day, Monday to Friday. Please note, medicinal cannabis products cannot be dispatched until all approvals have been received. If all the correct documents are provided, the whole process can be completed within 48 hours of placing the order.
